At Divya Sadhana, we take utmost care in ensuring that every spiritual product is packed securely and delivered in proper condition. However, in rare cases where an issue occurs, we are here to assist you.

Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.


7-Day Replacement Policy (For Damaged or Defective Products Only)

We offer a 7-day replacement policy only in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Physical damage during transit

  • Incorrect product received

Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

After 7 days from the delivery date, we will not be able to process replacement or refund requests.


Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, customers must provide a clear unboxing video with the following conditions:

  • The video must be recorded from the very beginning (before opening the package).

  • The shipping label must be clearly visible.

  • The package condition must be shown clearly.

  • The defect, damage, or incorrect item must be clearly visible in the same continuous video.

⚠️ Without a proper unboxing video, replacement or refund requests will not be accepted under any circumstances.

This policy protects both our customers and our business from fraudulent claims.


Important Conditions

  • Products must be unused and returned in original packaging.

  • Minor color variations due to lighting or screen display differences are not considered defects.

  • Slight variations in handcrafted or spiritual products are natural and not treated as defects.

  • We do not accept returns or refunds for:

    • Change of mind

    • Personal preference

    • Incorrect ordering by the customer

    • Delay caused by courier services


Replacement Process

If your request is approved:

  • We will arrange pickup (if serviceable in your area) or provide return instructions.

  • Once the product is received and inspected, a replacement will be dispatched.


Refund Policy (If Applicable)

Refunds are issued only if:

  • Replacement is not available, or

  • The issue qualifies for refund under our policy.

Refund Timeline:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refund will be processed via bank transfer (bank details will be required).

Processing times may vary depending on your bank.


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be canceled before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
