2. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • We may offer free shipping on selected products or minimum order values.

  • Any promotional shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website.


3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time within India:

  • Metro Cities: 3–6 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 4–8 business days

  • Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.


4. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India.
If international shipping becomes available, it will be updated on our website.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS (if provided).
You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment status.

If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.


6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we work with reliable courier partners, delays may occasionally occur.

Divya Sadhana is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

7. Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
