  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of pricing errors.

We accept:

  • Prepaid payments (UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, etc.)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD), subject to availability

Orders may be canceled if fraudulent activity is suspected.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Divya Sadhana reserves the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

  • Cancel orders due to stock unavailability.

  • Cancel orders due to incorrect pricing.

  • Cancel orders due to suspected fraudulent activity.

If payment has already been made and the order is canceled by us, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Customers may cancel orders only before dispatch. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines provided on the website are estimates and may vary depending on location and external circumstances.

Divya Sadhana is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier partner issues

  • Regional restrictions

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

6. Returns & Replacements

We offer a 7-day replacement policy only for defective or damaged products, subject to our Refund & Replacement Policy.

Unboxing video proof is mandatory for any replacement or refund request.

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Minor variations in color, design, or finish

  • Slight handcrafted differences
